Thang, the founder of Win An Tours back in 2009, takes over all the business operations within the company, leads long-term strategies and directs his team towards achieving future missions and objectives. The love for travel has been in his blood since his childhood, and this was the driving force for him to earn a scholarship while at school and then went on to university in Ireland to complete a Bachelor of Management in Hospitality and Tourism. Thang says: ‘We have built up a great and amazing team who strives hard on a daily basis on every aspect of the business to bring our culture closer to the world and make your journey truly a trip of lifetime. We are now Ten years on and the firm has gone from strength to strength.’

Huyen Dinh

Managing Director

Having been with Win An Tours right from the very start, Huyen takes care of the company’s operational processes and gives strategic guidance to ensure everything runs smoothly. He also develops and maintains an extensive network with customers to make sure the company meets all their specific requirements and provide them with the best quality of services. With more than 17 years of experience in the tourism industry, Huyen knows very well how the business works, that will come back to serve his clients in a dedicated manner. He is also known as a seasoned professional especially when it comes to birding and photographic tours as he is able to name about 700 various kinds of birds and plan any bespoke holidays with ease.

Ngoc Pham

Sales Manager

Graduated from Hanoi University of Culture, it comes as no surprise that Ngoc has a huge passion for discovering outstanding cultures and new destinations. She has left her footprints on almost everywhere of gorgeous Vietnam from spectacular mountains in the North, majestic tropical forests in the Central to magnificent white-sand beaches in the South. This brings with her a vast amount of hands-on knowledge and experience in the industry. As a sales manager, she looks after you from start to finish, helps you design and customize the itineraries to suit your needs, and ensures all the inquiries being handled as fast as possible to provide excellent services.

Jay Nguyen

School Project Manager

Jay has travelled extensively throughout Vietnam and acquires a wealth of experience of off the beaten track destinations within the country. His expertise lies in undertaking educational travel tour products, which help students connect learning with life experience. He leads them to step out of their comfort zone and immerse themselves into adventurous activities to give them memorable experiences. Being a foodie, he provides different set menu for you to savour the culinary delights of Vietnam. Football is his real interest after being behind travelling and he usually joins the match every Wednesday.

Trang Ngo

Travel Project & Operation Manager

Trang has found her calling in tourism since she was a freshman, that’s why she has been a part of the travel industry straight from leaving college. She feels inspired by the quote by St. Augustine “The world is a book, and those who don’t travel only read one page.” She loves to know new cultures and people from various backgrounds, and discuss her opinions and values with the locals and vice versa. This really changes the way she looks at the world and expands her horizons. She believes life is a journey and everyone should travel more to learn more.

It was a girl (now his wife) who lured him to the tourism industry since his young age. Now Quyen becomes a traveler at heart. He loves meeting new people, entertaining and bringing joy to them, and introducing visitors to the wonders of Vietnam. As a first-hand tour guide, he travels with you to every corner you go to make sure you are happy with every single detail in your trip. He leads you to scenic routes and beautiful places as a way for you to completely relax and enjoy a stress-free, unforgettable holiday.
